Euphoria before Death Game Idea

Today I found out that when the body is asleep and something traumatic like a heart attack occurs the person dreaming has a lucid nightmare. For example if someone were to commit suicide with pills that took them a minute to pass out and 30 to die, those 29 minutes before death would be a lucid nightmare as the body responds to the shock.

What if someone where to make a game where the player is basically in that lucid nightmare? As the game progressed things would only get more bleary and ethereal till the player finally died and it was revealed it was a suicide the entire time. There could be a number of meaningful interactions that would characterize the player's life, fears and dreams in a number of very scary ways. Perhaps a mechanic where you're running from inevitable death or with conversation branches with NPCs in very small areas of the player's life. It can also be possible that the mechanic changes with each of these small areas where a new objective must be reached.

I need to be everywhere and do everything, experience is what colors my world. My work is a reflection of that. I have never set out to produce anything specific. A piece could start with a fragment of an interaction or my observation about a particular object or person. I never stay too long on the same subjects or the same mediums and I long for the challenge of new things.

Doodles in margins and subject lines of notebooks started my journey. They were feelings like half expressed ghosts in the back of my head that yearned for some way to escape the ether. My observations of the complex ways in which people interacted with simple devices pushed me into the realm of computers. This is what lead me into interactive design.

The game is getting so close to completion and we're in the final testing and polishing phase. This is a half finished part of the cut scenes that are unlocked by the player after successfully completing a "boss" level. It's probably the most depressing story ever:

Here it is the interface I've been working on for the game Operating Under the Infleunza. It's features include:

A window that contains 4 states so the player knows what his workforce's health is.
Toggle-able buttons on the desk in order to make choices for the next turn.
The ability to mouse over the window and gain access to specific employee health.
An updating website on the computer to show disease trends.
The ability to change the wall colors and name above the exit door depending on the company.

The goal with this was to make it seem as if the player is managing people so I wanted to make it look as much like an office as possible while still making sure everything looked like it could be interacted with.

Mosh Pit is a 'beat em up' game where the player uses the mouse to fling his mosher through hordes of people to demolish everything in his path. In order to win the player must string together enough broken bodies in his wake to keep the crowds' adrenaline level up until the song ends. Players move through a city on the verge of collapse going from the outskirts and ending up in Congress. Mosh Pit is the only moshing game in existence.
